Is this offer actually real?

Yes. 100%. We launched it on April 1st because the price looks too good to be true, and we knew you'd think that. It's real. No catch. No trial bait. The price is $5.25/listing for portfolios of 11–25, going down from there as your portfolio grows.

What products does the discount apply to?

The discount applies to monthly plans for AutoRank listing optimization.
It doesn't apply to our Revenue Management service.

Can I use my discount for more properties later on?

The discount only applies to the number of listings purchased during checkout when the discount code is applied. For example, if you purchase a monthly plan for 20 properties, your subscription covers up to 20 active listings.

You can swap or replace properties throughout the year, but your total number of active listings cannot exceed that number. If you decide to add more properties later, they’ll be billed immediately at the regular, non-discounted rate. If you choose to reduce the number of properties in your plan, the change will be pro-rated based on the time already used. The credited amount will appear in your customer account and will be automatically deducted from your next invoice.

What happens after I fill out the form?

Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to an onboarding calendar to schedule your setup call. During this call, our team will guide you through setting up your AutoRank account, and your discount will be applied on the same day as your setup call, when your subscription officially starts.

If fill out the AutoRank Concierge form, you’ll be redirected to the checkout page to complete your payment. On that page, you’ll need to select the number of listings you’re starting with and apply your coupon code. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to an onboarding calendar to schedule your setup call.

Does the discount apply to renewals or future subscriptions?

The discount applies exclusively to the monthly subscription purchased during the promotion. It can't be used for renewals, and the discounted rate will not apply to the following year.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can use credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

When will my listings be optimized and live?

For AutoRank, optimizations run every month, and you can manually sync your listings at any time. It typically takes around 5 working days after your onboarding call for your listings to be optimized and go live on Airbnb.

Please note that due to our discount, we’re currently experiencing a high volume of new customers, which may lead to slightly longer onboarding times. We recommend subscribing as soon as possible to secure the earliest available onboarding slot.
